What Happened To Good Manners?

About a week ago when I was heading home from the city, the unthinkable happened. At a stop sign, the car in front of me rolled into my car!? I was sitting in my car trying to find the horn within a tenth of a second. Too late.. Boom. No, not my car. I couldn't believe it. I thought a brand new BMW would be automatic and not have a stick. Worst of all was the driver who was planning on taking off!! I honked my horn, stepped outside my car, before he stopped his car. My friend was in the car behind me, so I had a perfect witness, if needed to be. He stepped out, NOT saying excuse me, only a quick "there is no damage" and off he was. What the?? What happened to good manners?
